Questions.

When we are faced with problems in our families, friends, or even communities, I’m sure everyone can agree with me when I say that we are weak and constantly question God with the whole “why would You do this to me [us]?” or “what did I [we] do to deserve this?” type thing. God loves us. He wants nothing but happiness for us and like we all know, everything happens for a reason. We may not know it now, but we will understand eventually. We need to be reminded of what we’ve heard and learned at youth camps, CLPs and so forth. God has a plan for each and everyone one of us and we just need to trust Him and stop questioning His plan. If you trust in Him and His plan, there won’t be any questions. But like I said, we are humans and we are weak. And if you ever do find yourself questioning God or anything/anyone else, the answer is simple.

Love is the answer.

In Mass today, the priest said in his homily, “have the mind of Jesus”. Keep Jesus in the center of your life…in the center of your hearts…and in the center of your minds. Think like Jesus but more importantly, be like Jesus. Jesus is love. Show that love to others you [don’t] know through what you say and do. Show it to people you’re having problems with, whether it be with your dad, or your best friend. Be like Him and know, He is the answer.

Jesus is the answer.
