Unexpected Surprise

Cleaning always brings about unexpected surprises. Today while attempting to organize the drawers of my desk, I found a FedEx Express envelope filled with letters and pictures from people I love. Gotta love palancas. And no, Alan…they’re not called placebos or pasalubongs. Hahaha.

It was definitely a sweet reminder from God letting me know once again about how He has truly blessed me with such amazing, loving, caring people who love me for who I am and encourage me to keep up what I’m doing. I ended up crying like a baby a few minutes ago, too. It was like that moment at the PM retreat all over again…

Thank you, Lord. This is exactly what I needed :)

  1. Thanks for calling me out. I  tell this story all the time when I hear someone talk about PM. But I remember when we received our palancas mine was a small envelope and Nate got huge box, and Iwas super jealous. And in the letter my dad wrote, he didn’t even talk about PM, he talked about my car, and how it needs to be fixed.
